Intro to lollipop lyra! This new apparatus is a mix of lyra and pole and a whole lot of fun!
In this workshop we will play with mounting, dismounting, spinning and a mix of beginner moves.
Lyra experience needed. Pre-reqs: having attended at least 1 series of lyra, being able to mount and dismount without assistance
