Workshop - Silk Choreography - X's and O's

Friday, November 10

7pm - 8:15pm

Repeating shapes can help you to develop choreographic motifs. This romp through the aerial alphabet features movements shaped like Xs and Os. We'll focus on a few phrases that use different static poses, drops, and connectors to move from X to O and back again. Students can expect to learn different approaches to X back straddle and some surprising transitions.

* Intermediate level. Please be comfortable in X back straddle and able to invert consistently in the air.*
