AIReal Yoga

AIReal Yoga-real yoga in the air! Come feel the restorative healing effects that adding the hammock can provide as you practice your asanas in the air. The hammock supports us throughout our practice by helping us find our balance, provide space in a previously unavailable pose, or facilitating a deeper stretch. We can enjoy the many benefits of inversions that may not be available to us with the hammock’s support. And most importantly-it’s fun! Great for beginners and those with more experience as there will be plenty of options for those who have more experience as well as modifications for those who want a more gentle practice.
