Climb to the top and tumble on down (on purpose)! Learn a combination of dynamic moves that will have you flipping on and tumbling down the pole. Flying Pole and pole dance experience required.
Prerequisites: students should have an aerial invert (or an alternative way to get upside down), shoulder mount/dismount, strong outside leg hang, and hip hold.
Please wear/bring leggings and shorts to work on both the chrome and silicone pole for optimum practice time. Also, please refrain from applying any creams and lotions the day of the workshop.
