Intro to Flexibility and Contortion
Bending is easier in a group! Learn new drills to unlock new flexibility and range of motion. The class will focus on safe stretching and strengthening of your back, hips, shoulders, straddles, and more. This class is designed for people who are just starting their flexibility journey as well as those looking to spice up their flexibility training. It is recommended to bring a foam roller and a pair of yoga blocks.
