Flexibility and Beginners Contortion

An all levels class designed to help students improve their flexibility and learn some of the postures and tricks of contortion, all in a fun and supportive atmosphere. Students will be taught dynamic exercises, static stretches, and basic inversions to in order to gain strength, balance, and bendiness! Appropriate for total beginners looking to touch their toes, and pretzel people looking to up their circus game.
