Just when Flying Pole couldn’t get more compelling we add…the wrist loop! In this workshop students will learn moves and combinations using intermediate skills. The second part of the workshop will introduce the wrist loop and students will learn a fun wrist loop sequence.
Pre-requisites: Pole or flying pole experience is needed. Students should be able to invert from the floor repeatedly. Aerial invert is helpful but we have ways of getting upside down. Students should be comfortable with one point contact moves.
Please wear/bring close fitting leggings and shorts to work silicone pole. Also, please refrain from applying any creams and lotions the day of the workshop.
Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges.
Guests: Due to capacity limits, no guests allowed, only those enrolled in classes or workshops.
For private lessons or parties, one adult guest may attend per group of minors.
